From today, every two Wednesdays I'm going to feature several findings from Traditional Art - with their theme fitting this serie's name, of course. Every feature will have a separate theme on its own - and this one is about the tales collected by Grimm brothers. Also, I'd love to see your suggestions with works to feature next time - and the next feature's theme is Shakespeare's Ophelia!

It's the witch's hour in the 6th Creeping Wednesday! Warts, papillas, crooked noses, humpbacks, broomsticks and kettles and cauldrons. I'm glad that I could find plenty of sculptures for this feature! No suggesters this time, unfortunately. Traditional Tuesdays #33Howdy peeps? Welcome to the edition 33 of Traditional Tuesdays . This week, like all of the other weeks, I'll be featuring fifteen works of art from the Traditional Gallery. Any more than that might and you might loss interest or it could cause your monitor to fail in an explosion of awesomeness. I would feel guilty if that were to happen, so I'm keeping it at fifteen! The Traditional gallery is a vast storeroom of work that covers many mediums and genres. I've tried to show a good mix of artwork, but I don't have room for them all. People and Portraits Exposed #4 When to use the Miscellaneous People & Portraits Gallery
This week we've put together an article that explores when to use the miscellaneous category within the People & Portraits Gallery . It's a tricky topic, but one that can quite easily be defined in many ways. Here we've got some examples that will hopefully help you understand what does fit in the miscellaneous portraiture gallery.

This piece by `IsacGoulart is a classic example of when it might be correct to use the miscellaneous category. This work could quite easily fit into a sky scape gallery or indeed water scapes within Animals, Plants and Nature. However in this case, the person in the shot is important and it's what makes this portraiture as well as anything else. But when looking at the sub-categories within the People & Portraits Gallery, there isn't really anything that it completely fits with.

Oh I wonder if I am in time! It must be almost Wednesday in the rest of the world already (wednesday is over for us in Australia!) but I just came across this [link] - don't know if anyone has already recommended it, but it's beautiful and relatively unpopular (for Tolkien work)
